I like it. But it is less glossy, I like something glossy like on Mac or Microsoft Office 2010. Can you make the tutorial? How do you create it?

I really like this. I've been reading LO forums, and the community seems evenly divided about whether or not there should be a ribbon. A lot of people say that the ribbon slowed them down in MS Word, but it speeded me up a lot. Also, I think that this one is better than your other mockup. The only problem is that it wouldn't integrate into Unity. I guess the current one doesn't, either, though. You can install lo-menubar from Synaptic to make it integrate, but that doesn't work well, and it doesn't work at all in the Kubuntu Netbook globalmenu. Oh well.
